Return & Refund Policy:
At Ai Digital, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 5 days only for unused and sealed items.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-returnable items: Items such as opened inks, consumables, or any used or damaged products cannot be returned. Printers and machines, once installed, used, or delivered in good condition, are also non-returnable.
• Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (images/video).
• Approval Policy: AI Digital reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject any return request.
